Daniel Castan! I can't find out more details about him from Wiki but he does have his own website.
He is a French artist, born in 1959 in Dordogne, he started drawing from young. Graduated from Fine Arts in Bordeaux, he worked as a graphic designer, created his company and performs work for Unicef, Pierre Balmain, the UN, ZIPPO. At the age of 40, he took the brush for fun and started painting.
Found his painting on Tumblr and I really like his style!
